Thank you for your comments. With relation to what I said about invisible borders, of course it can&#039;t be expected that national borders should be deemed non-existent - what I meant was that borders are physically confined to maps and cannot be seen from space. I don&#039;t think nationalism is a backward concept, but I was trying to imply that if we are to successfully go to Mars and beyond and make true strides in deep space exploration, we must do so as a race. If countries combine their finances, talents and skill-sets then we can truly prosper in the unforgiving space environment. Yes, Dr.Mitchell made a very good point there, he was a very interesting person to speak with.
