great article. well done. i made the effort to read my license to reside b4 reading this and found that clause 23 is also an invasion of our privacy.

It’s the same in trinity. Reality is that there’s a captive market of young students, many of whom are living away from home for the first time who are willing to forego the usual tenants’ rights, and until that stops being the case, they’ll still pay the rent. Fortunately the student press can act as a countermeasure, publicising the worst excesses of policy with excellent articles such as this one.
