		<description>Thank you for your article; I was hoping you would point out that given the predeliction of microbes to mutate, the much-vaunted &quot;herd immunity&quot; is at best a temporary state. We want to believe that science is a way of knowing, but it&#039;s really a way of not knowing that can lead a little further to finding things out. I&#039;m grateful for vaccines, but the US infant vaccine schedule itself needs to be assessed for safety.</description>
